Published by
Hana Moll, a senior at Capital High in Washington, produced the national high school outdoor record of 15 feet (4.57m) on her first attempt at the 55th Arcadia Invitational at Arcadia High in California. Amanda Moll placed second with a 13-3 (4.03m) clearance. Hana Moll surpassed the American U20 outdoor record of 14-9.50 (4.51m) established by Amanda last year at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays. Hana equaled the No. 7 all-time World U20 competitor. Amanda, who is equal to No. 12 all-time among World U20 outdoor performers, still ranks No. 3 in World U20 indoor history at 15-1.50 (4.61m) from her Jan. 13 competition at the UCS Spirit National Pole Vault Summit in Reno. The Washington-bound sisters remain the only athletes in U.S. prep history with 15-foot clearances. More videos |
